We use NowInfinity for corporate compliance, ASIC-related services, entity documentation and related practice functions.

Microsoft Teams
We use Microsoft Teams and associated Microsoft services for communications, meetings, collaboration and the exchange of information.

These and other service providers may process, transmit or store information on our behalf.

Use of these platforms is subject to the providers' respective privacy, security and data-handling arrangements.

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances when selecting and using third-party service providers and handling client information through those services.

8. Overseas Access, Processing and Storage

Xcel Accounting does not currently use offshore staff or offshore contractors to provide its accounting or taxation services.

However, some of the technology and cloud-service providers used by Xcel Accounting are multinational organisations and may operate infrastructure, support functions or data-processing facilities in Australia and other countries.

Accordingly, information handled through these services may, depending on the service and configuration, be stored, processed or accessible outside Australia.

Where personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we will take reasonable steps as required by applicable Australian privacy laws and our professional obligations.

Where it is practicable and legally required to do so, we will provide information about the countries in which overseas recipients are likely to be located.
